	Caleb Mitchell – CEO/Producer Caleb started Studio Master Production in Bradenton, Florida 13 years ago with only a keyboard. He has now transformed his small time operation into an admirable Production Studio, Record Label and Management Company now called C & J Music Ministries – an outlet dedicated to spreading the word of Jesus Christ throughout the world by producing, promoting and distributing timeless and relevant music. Caleb, an accomplished musician, has worked with various artists including Nick Coetzee, Morris Chapman, John Pee Kee, The Thompson Community Singers, Jay Moss, The Clark Sisters, Vickie Winans, Michael Winans and Family, Francine Jones, Sons Of Levi, and Ron Kenoly Jr. His duties include overseeing the overall operations of C & J Music Ministries including Artist Management, Music Production, and A&R.
	Debra A. Mitchell – CFO/Consultant Debra Mitchell, Caleb’s wife, business partner and faithful supporter serves as the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the overall financial administration of C & J Music Ministries. Debra brings several years of excellent administrative and financial expertise to the table. Her duties include general accounting functions, financial reporting and budget management. Debra does an outstanding job of making sure that the Ministry’s financial goals are achievable and realistic while offering a balanced perspective. Debra also looks after the overall well being of all signed artists.
	Joshua Mitchell - VP, Studio Director Joshua Mitchell is responsible for running the business of the recording studio. He is responsible for booking acts to record at the studio, scheduling engineers, marketing the studio, budgetary accounting and ensuring that clients are presented with a professional recording environment. Joshua is also the in-house diplomat, acting as the liaison between engineers and clients, ensuring client satisfaction, and handling all financial transactions with clients.
	Kevin A. Williams – Marketing and Promotions Kevin Williams is an experienced road manager, workshop coordinator and stage manager. He has worked as a conference assistant for TD Jakes Ministries, assisting in the planning of workshops and ministry events. Kevin has also worked as a promoter and stage manager for Kingdom Concerts and Events, a Memphis – based concert promotions company. His responsibilities include overseeing C & J’s marketing, promotions and booking.
	Michael D. Bingham, Jr.– Public and Artist Relations As a young in-demand speaker, people from all walks of life have benefited from his knowledge and wisdom. It is an inspiration to see someone so young who has overcome so many adversities be actively involved in gang intervention, youth outreach and revitalizing the lives of others via positive, Godly values. He customizes his high solutions-oriented programs for each audience Now serving as the Public and Artist Relations representative for C&J Music Ministries, he is responsible for handling the booking of acts, as well as any other pertinent information pertaining to the artists and ministers. Michael is also serving as a liaison ensuring a successful and professional relationship between both C&J and it’s clients. He is a team player, has a sincere desire to serve and support other’s gifts, and is expeditious, and very dependable.
	Bloneva Hooper – Booking Manager Bloneva is a highly energetic individual whose passion is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ. In a spirit of excellence, Bloneva, provides our clients the opportunity to share their God given gifts and talents through both music and dance. The artists should be able to fully concentrate themselves on the ministry side of their work, while C & J Music Ministries takes care of all the related work like booking, promotion, contract negotiations and networking.
